Eng. Joseph Kitilit holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management from the Management University of Africa (MUA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT).

With over 20 years of experience spanning both the public and private sectors, Eng. Kitilit has developed extensive expertise in infrastructure development, particularly in Energy, Roads, and Water. He has a strong background in research design and planning. He has also supervised to completion development of infrastructure projects. 

Before joining NAMICO, he served in various capacities at the Geothermal Development Company Limited and also worked with Construzioni Giuseppe Maltauro S.p.A., an international construction firm.

Eng. Kitilit is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and a Member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK).
