Born on 16th September,1987, Ms. Bunei has over 12 years’ post admission experience having been admitted to the bar in 2012. She served as a State Counsel at the Office of the Attorney General and garnered invaluable experience at State Law Office. Ms. Bunei joined the National Mining Corporation as Corporation Secretary in 2022 and she continues to offer guidance to the Board of Directors and Management on Corporate Governance among others. Before joining public service, Ms. Bunei worked as a legal officer at Invesco Insurance Company Limited.
Academic and professional qualifications include Bachelors of Laws (LLB) from Moi University. She is also a certified legislative drafter from the International Law Institute (ILI). She has attended several short-term courses such as Senior Management Course, Corporate Governance among others. She is member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS)
